✅ Return / Refund Kab Mile Ga

  • Agar product damaged, defective, ya galat item receive ho.

  • Customer ko product receive hone ke 3 din ke andar humein inform karna hoga.

  • Product unused, original condition aur original packing mein hona chahiye.

❌ Return / Refund Kab Nahi Hoga

  • Agar product use ho chuka ho.

  • Color ya design ka thora sa difference (lighting / screen ki wajah se).

  • Customer ka mind change ho jana.

  • Leather ke natural marks (ye leather ki natural beauty hoti hai).

🚚 Return Process

  • Pehle humein WhatsApp / inbox par order number aur clear pictures send karein.

  • Approval ke baad product return karna hoga.

  • Return shipping charges customer ke zimma honge (agar fault customer side se ho).

💰 Refund Method

  • Refund 7 working days ke andar process kiya jaye ga.

  • Refund bank transfer / wallet ke zariye diya jaye ga.

  • Shipping charges refundable nahi hote.
